Paris is a magical place in and out. Also known as the City of Light, it is the home for numerous world-renowned monuments, parks, landmarks and structures such as the Eiffel Tower (seen here), Notre-Dame, Louvre, Champs-Elysees, Basilique du Sacre-Coeur, Opera Garnier, and Jardin des Tuileries. The city is also a place where culture, fashion and art meet. Paris is divided into 20 arrondissements or municipal administrative districts that start in the middle of the city and clockwise spiral outward to the edge of the city. Most of the architecture in Paris was created in the mid 19th century urban remodelling with neo-classical buildings. The more modern structures in the business district are located outside the city. The aerial views of Paris below was taken from the top of one the Notre-Dame's West Towers.
